AJM Sports Screen Printing & Embroidery Policies
1. Artwork Requirements

File Types Accepted: AI, EPS, PDF (vector format preferred). High-resolution PNG or JPEG (300 DPI minimum) accepted for reference.

Artwork Preparation: All artwork must be print-ready. A design fee may apply for file preparation, redrawing, or cleanup.

Embroidery Digitizing: All new embroidery files must be digitized before production. Digitizing fees may apply.

Artwork Proofs: Digital mockups will be provided for approval before production begins.
2. Order Minimums

Screen Printing:

Standard: 24 pieces per design.

Fewer than 24: Subject to small-order surcharge.

Embroidery:

Standard: 12 pieces per design.

Fewer than 12: Subject to small-order surcharge.

3. Turnaround Times
-
Standard Production Time: 7–10 business days from final approval and deposit.

Rush Orders: May be available with a rush fee, subject to schedule availability.

Delays: AJM Sports is not responsible for delays caused by customer approval lag, incomplete artwork, or supply chain disruptions.
4. Proofs and Approvals

Proof Approval Required: Production begins only after written approval of mockups and final invoice.

Color Matching: PMS color matching is available upon request. Additional charges may apply.
5. Payment Terms

Deposit: 50% deposit required to initiate production. Balance due on completion/pick-up.

Methods Accepted: Cash, e-transfer, credit card, or company cheque (conditions may apply).

Net Terms: Available for approved accounts only.
6. Customer Supplied Garments

Waiver Required: AJM Sports is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied items.

Minimums Still Apply: Setup and run charges will still reflect our minimums, even on supplied goods.
7. Spoilage Policy

Standard Allowance: 2-3% spoilage is industry standard. We recommend ordering extras.

Reprints: AJM Sports will not reprint or refund unless spoilage exceeds 3% of the total order.
8. Returns & Cancellations

Custom Products: All decorated items are final sale. No refunds on completed custom orders.

Cancellations: Must be received before production begins. Deposit may be non-refundable if setup has begun.
9. Shipping & Delivery

Pick-up: Available at our main location during business hours.

Delivery/Shipping: Available at customer’s expense. AJM Sports is not liable for delays once shipped.
10. General Terms

AJM Sports reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate or copyrighted material without permission.

AJM Sports Credit Card Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
AJM Sports accepts credit card payments for your convenience. Please review our policy below regarding credit card usage.

2. Authorization

All credit card transactions must be authorized by the cardholder.

Customers will be required to sign a payment authorization form for charges above $500 or for recurring charges.

A processing fee of 2.5% may apply to credit card payments over $1,000.

No fees for debit, e-transfer, or cash payments.
4. Security

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.

Disputed charges will be investigated, and resolutions will be provided within 10 business days.
6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

AJM Sports reserves the right to pursue collections for unpaid balances resulting from chargebacks.
